I'm heading to Fanime again this year!  My cosplay schedule is as follows:



Friday/Saturday: GLaDOS (Portal 2)
Sunday: Orrian armor (Guild Wars 2)

I'm already a little tight on time, but I am still scheduling limited shoots - send me a note if you're interested.

I logged in yesterday to a couple thousand notifications and a Daily Deviation!  I can't thank you guys enough - all of your comments, faves, and support really mean a lot to me.  I'm doing my best to respond to everyone, but it's been a little overwhelming, so it may take a couple days (:


I've been cosplaying for several years now, but my Guild Wars 2 costume is my baby - I'm a dedicated fan of the first game, but didn't want to cosplay from it until I had the skills to do it justice.  This was my project for the better part of a year, and it was a huge learning experience (I can't tell you how many times I scrapped pieces of it that weren't working out!).  It's your responses that make it seem really worthwhile to me, and I'm glad that I can share my love for this game to a wider audience.

I'll try to not turn this into an Oscar acceptance speech, but I want to thank Darkain Multimedia for showcasing the costume so beautifully.  And, of course, Saiyuki-15 for the suggestion and Pullingcandy for the feature.

Hey everyone, it's been a while!  I've had very little time for cosplay lately as I'm getting used to my first year of university, but I did manage to finish my new Guild Wars 2 for PAX East.  I have so many projects planned for this summer, so look out for some real progress soon (:

Saturday: Chanter (Aion)
Sunday: Shining Blade (Guild Wars 2)
Monday: Yvaine (Stardust)

I'm so excited to get to see some of my CA friends again and meet you guys.  If you see me running around, I'd love to chat, so please say hi!  My schedule's also fairly open for shoots, so let me know if you'd like to work something out.

Hey everyone!  I just wanted to apologize for the lack of updates lately, and let you guys know what's going on.  I just went off to my first year in college, switching US coasts (Washington to upstate New York), which has been a huge transition.  I try to respond to all comments and faves, but I've been a bit overwhelmed with moving in and starting classes, so I know I've missed some messages.  I'm planning to take a temporary break from working on new costumes, as I left my sewing machine and materials behind, but I'll definitely be getting back into it once I get more into the scheme of things.  The day before I left, I grabbed some shots with two previously overlooked costumes, Fleur Delacour (Harry Potter) and Yvaine (Stardust), so I'll be slowly adding those as I get them edited (:

Of course, this means that I now need advice on good East Coast cons!  I plan to be at NYCC/NYAF (with Vanille, Peach, and one other...thoughts?).  I'm absolutely heading to PAX East as well, with my Aion Chanter and a Guild Wars 2 costume (that's my new one for this year).  Otherwise, I'm open to suggestions, so please let me know which cons are worth attending!

Finally, I made it to the final round of the Otaku House Cosplay Idol (thank you guys so much for your votes!).  I'll post a link when voting for the Final goes live, and I'd very much appreciate your support (:
